No point in using wine to deglaze if there’s no mf glaze homie… what you gotta do is onion and peppers for a light sear. Get a little bit of brown in the pan. Add garlic in the last 30 seconds so you don’t char the GARLIC. Remove all vegetable. Add win and reduce. Add vegetables back, and add the tomato paste
