It's hot & doesn't look like oil or bacon grease. It's more yellow so,I'm goin with hot butter. whether or not it has garlic in it,IDK. I didn't see any garlic pieces. It may have garlic powder,which is good! However,the meat looks like it's already cooked & to put more hot "what ever on it"would cook it more. Maybe they pour it on right before serving so it'll be hot when it gets to the customer.
