The butter actually tenderizes the meat and adds flavor from any seasoning or any ingredients you add, I'd like to try this for sure, that meat would melt in your mouth...

Everything look good except the bacon. to me bacon has a way of overpowering the taste of anything else. i like bacon as bacon. Not on hamburgers, not on anything else. Just bacon by itself with eggs and a sandwich or whatever. But not cooked with anything else.
