I really don't understand how you can run a business serving random people and not make your staff and yourself wear gloves. I work at a gas station and sometimes being the only employee on shift I will get busy and be informed by a customer I'm out of coffee and scramble back there to make some without gloves and the feeling of germ contamination comes over me so to be dealing with someone's food directly I don't get it.
