If you dump raw flour into hot oil, all you’ll get is burnt clumps and greasy mess — not crispy chicken. The correct method is to season your chicken, coat it in flour (or a batter), then place the chicken into the hot oil — not the flour itself. Stop spreading misinformation like it’s grandma’s secret recipe. Real cooks know better. Please go sit down and let the grown folks handle the kitchen please. Thank you!
