I'm not supposed to eat crab or shrimp or any iodine now that I lost my gallbladder but I love crab I love fried blue crab with flour and pepper with it cleaned out just the ribs showing and I love how the small Crab claw went to the younger generation

They should’ve thrown that crab back in the water. Any crab that lived to get to such a massive size should be honored and allowed to live out its life. Besides, I’ve heard many chefs say that the meat is tougher the older the crab.
