Mustard don't have sugar. Your paying for the label. It's also low carb. Ketchup is low carb. You don't have to switch to zero sugar Ketchup. It has very few carbs and grams of sugar. It's not like soda which has a quarter of the carbs you can eat in a day based off your height.
