why use Pam? I would use a canola oil or a similar vegetable spray. I don't think Pam was meant for that use. what is Pam made of? Also does she only use ingredients that are packaged? maybe somebody can show her how to shred cheese herself. much fresher and melts way better. I wonder if you could use asparagus in place of the green beans. 🤔
