I'd buy a dog from him. this is proper generational breeding. that herd is no mistake he is keeping desired traits and features to that breed of dog by husbanding the dogs in such a way to reduce recessive genes and insure that they won't be inbred. I bet a pup from him will be the exact type of dog he tells you and will respond exactly the way he shows you
