This just flooded my brain with so many painful memories of finding my mother dead in our home when I ws 18 years old and being responsible for telling everyone including my father while he was at work 💔 I'm now 44 years old and I still remember it like it was today the sight the pain the silence and the scariest and saddest time in my entire life thus far and I am dreading the day I get the call about my father passing 😭
