NOW, ladies hear me out, imma bout to tell you a very sweet trick, when having to title anything i.e. car, house etc. make sure the title says John Doe "OR" Jane Doe (either person is able to sell the item without, yes without the others permission or knowledge), now if it says "AND" instead of "or" that means BOTH people have to sign off on it both people permission and signatures
