Absolutely agree. In addition the player should be informed that any additional such uninitiated physical acts of violence of this kind will result in multiple game suspension without pay. Management should also inform his agent that an offseason anger management program of the teams choice will be required and any further acts will affect his next contract as his behavior is a liability to the team financially, publicly and in player safety. This behavior can not only not be tolerated but also has to set an example to others.
