many dnt remember/know this but around the time he was first made. he gained awareness almost to a god level...somehow he found out that him, etc in his universe was all a comic book series/etc...while things still happen on their own in his world,he had it rough growing up and took that personally as if it was always the writers and thats part of what made him snap,how he became the joker. he looked at it as if my life and others is just one big joke then ill be the king of jokes. he would constantly be breaking the fourth wall,tell jokes,use goof gadgets,etc...for himself and/the audience thats also why hes so fearless,why he values batman. batman is often the main star of the whole comic/movie/etc. joker also has advance durability,a minor healing factor and is a genius chemist, strategist,ontop of supernatural awareness. hes a decent fighter, very agile ,sometimes get temporary power ups but like always depends on the iterations your looking at but thats his basics
