this is exactly what im saying about living here in Texas, Houston to be exact. they dont like us, us meaning BLACK PEOPLE, Specifically BLACK WOMEN!! IT has been so hard for me to find a job since being here. as soon as I walk in for an interview and I see Hispanic women, I automatically know I wont get the position. this is UNACCEPTABLE!!! Not to mention they want you to speak spanish!! WHY WHEN IM AMERICAN AND LIVE IN AMERICA!!! THIS IS SO UNFAIR. I HATE IT HERE IN TEXAS because ive been racially profiled and denied positions that I not only qualify for but in some cases im over qualified and I still DENIED!!!!

I’m gonna tell you something about this. It happens around me all the time. When they realize I understand and speak the language they always alway try to either lie, or change the conversation. Most of the time I tell the other person what was said. The language switches to English so fast by everyone. It’s such a bitch ass way to talk about ppl.
