He's only showing a small part of the video so we do really know what going on or what was said. I don't understand why people start recording when it shows what they wanted to show. what the boy said or did was not right no matter if he special needs or not he heard it from someone and thought it was okay for him to say I guess. Someone needs to teach him right from wrong when it comes to being around people. he may be special needs but he knew exactly how to use that word and what the word was and how it was directed towards someone.

it's weird that people think you can't teach a child right from wrong with or without disabilities. That's why so many people leave their disabled children in homes because you never tried to teach them. assuming special needs means inability to learn . which is so far from the truth. I worked with people with disabilities and there's a wide range of functionalities and behaviors that are learned. Good or bad they've picked them up somewhere, hence the ability to learn. they'll have more fulfilling lives if you don't act as if they're aliens
