I don't care what people say about getting bacteria around your kitchen if you're washing it. I think it was on the Oprah Winfrey Show many many years ago they had a lady on there with a special light that will light up bacteria and someone rinces the chicken in the sink ...... They wipe down the counters and stuff afterwards and by time they were done the entire kitchen lit up. Ever since then i haven't rinsed chicken at all
