That’s the thing if you’re under the age of 18 allow the things you do are slap on the wrist. It’s illegal and almost every single state to send a juvenile to life without parole so if a 15-year-old breaks into your house and murders you your whole family and tortures your children for days before murdering them there’s a guarantee he will be on the street again one day.
