As soon as he put on the gloves I would’ve told him to leave this is absolutely the clerks fault without a doubt. If someone is acting suspicious even if you just get a “weird feeling” inside then you have every right to refuse service. As a private business in the USA you have the right to refuse service for any reason other than race/disability/religion etc, any responsible gun salesman would’ve immediately used this to say “hey your acting suspicious I need you to leave my store immediately or I’m calling the cops” I haven’t met a single gun store owner/clerk that isn’t armed at all times while working. He wasn’t afraid just ignorant and absolutely clueless OR it’s an inside job, this man should’ve never been responsible with providing someone with a weapon capable of taking multiple lives.

All gun stores should require you to hand over an ID and some type of deposit before you can handle the weapons You want to run out the store with a gun that you just paid for and leave your ID behind fine with us.
