My buddy got robbed once at gun point while he had his gun on him. People would ask, “well why didn’t you pull your gun out?!” He would respond perfectly. “Because I’m not John Wick and my life isn’t worth my wallet. I don’t even carry cash”

A bad decision to draw in that disadvantaged position. His next mistake was only firing a single shot. Looks to me like the bad guy shot after being hit. If he was being hit multiple times it is less likely (but not impossible) that he could return accurate fire. You seldom see police fire one shot. Very often they fire until ammunition is spent without even realizing it.
Never draw on someone that already has you in his sights. Also put others in danger for your pocket change smh

never pull a gun on someone who is already pulled a gun on you you will die just like this guy did later. it wasn't the right timing to pull your gun with two other friends at the table. it's wonderful to have a weapon that protects you and your family but there's a right time and a wrong time to pull that weapon and this was the wrong time to do that. he thought he was going to be hero and pulled that gun out real fast and started shooting that's why these people can't control themselves they don't have the emotional intelligent or IQ to be holding a weapon in any situation.
