if he can prove he was forced to stop and held against his will, he has a chance of getting out of that...just by saying he was in fear of bodily harm.. and the video seems to help that narrative..just saying..😉👍

Why are you stopping in the road, looking like you want trouble? You shouldn't try to impede people you don't know. Got less than what you deserve if you had no reason to do it. Even if you have a reason, use better judgment.

brandishing a weapon when a unarmed person is approaching your vehicle with a reason (car accident) good luck prooving you feared for your life. suspension of gun rights if I took a guess

you stopped in the middle of the road and got out of your car to confront someone because you were angry about something they did. I think he could of shot you and it would be justified depending on the state of course.

People dont understand when you get put of your vehicle impeded traffic to confront another driver that is seen as extremely hostile behavior, man with the gun has every right to pull a weapon for you do not know a strangers intent. Thankfully he pulled away.

He's either an ice agent that stole the jeep, or he's a cop that don't give a s*** who thinks he's above the law like trump told him they can be or he stole the jeep.Either way, if that's his jeep, he probably will go to jail for that

I hope jeep man had to pay the consequences (whatever they are) for doing a hit and run and brandishing a weapon to a none threat

if you get out of your vehicle in a threatening manner and threaten someone they do have the right to protect themselves ,the road rager lost his mind at first but quickly regained his senses when he saw the gun if the jeep man hadn't pulled out his gun the the road rager would've gone too far

He had the right to pull the gun. If someone stops and gets out of their car in front of you, you don’t know their intentions.

Why is everyone defending the Jeep owner? He rear-ended the dude and the guy in the coop was high chance just approaching the Jeep guy to exchange insurance information. This whole app is a joke when it comes to actually using your thinking caps.

In most states, the Castle Doctrine only loosely applies to your vehicle... because in your vehicle, you may still have the ability to retreat. Also, someone approaching in an aggressive way is NOT a threat of immediate bodily harm, unless you live in a stand your ground state. On the other hand, a weapon or an attempt to break into your car IS justification for deadly force.

I mean you stopped in the middle of the road (probably after both road raging) then got out of your car and approached him. he had all rights to make sure you knew you weren't going to be a threat.

I agree with the guy with the gun. You stop in the middle of the road, get out of the car and walking towards me. what is he about to do to me ? most people have never been shot or stabbed so this means nothing. I would have done the same thing and pulled my weapon at him yelling get back or like he did, get in your car or get back in your car. as soon as he could, he left for safety. Last call the police. gun owner was right.
