y'all need some education. first any deer hunter can make a precise 200nyard shot. they do it every hunting season. no sniper has ever trained for a neck shot. shooting at a downward angle, with gravity, will hit approx 4 inches low. a trained marksman would compensate for that.

None of these people claiming the shooter was a "professional sniper" has any amount of experience, and it shows with that very statement. An idiot could hit you from 200 feet (feet, not yards) without a scope - as of now, all we know is that Charlie was killed due to bloodloss after a bullet or fragment obviously perforated his neck, however, it is yet unknown whether or not it was a ricochet from his body armor - to my eye the entry wound was way larger than I anticipated, which screams fragmented or flattened round but that JUST SPECULATION and I have the good grace to CALL IT SPECULATION. See how easy it is?

look I said that about the signals. on the first video I seen the assassination. but I'm a deer hunter and am not some kind of sniper but I've killed my fair share of deer. I own 30-06,270win,270wsm,308win,350 legend and at 200-300 yrds can and do hit dead nut center.anybody can do it.you just have to know you rifle.

Watching the video, They look like military signals. The white hat signal is just like the military signal for “proceed” or “take action” or “move forward” depending on how you were taught. He’s also got a phone in his left hand and it’s waving back and forth, that’s for “Ammunition”. The black shirt right arm out is a signal for “enemy target” and the left hand crossing the chest is “enemy/danger”. The final signal with his left hand I really can’t tell as it’s too quick but it looks like the signal for “Cell Leader” or “Squad Leader”. The only other signal there might be that I see is “out of action”But that’s the just of it as far as signal. I might be a little off on verbiage for description but that’s about what the signals could mean if that’s what they were.
A professional snipper would have taken wind speed and bullet drop into account, and 200 yards is a shot any experience hunter can hit all day. The safe shot would have been a chest shot. A professional snipper would absolutely hit. A headshot is more difficult, but still, a professional can hit. The murderer got lucky and was either going for a headshot and didn't take bullet drop into account, or he aimed too high for the chest and hit Charlie in the neck. In my opinion, it was just some nut job liberal that took it upon himself to do this despicable act all because a man spoke the truth and had different opinions and beliefs. R I.P. WHAT first I heard it was under 150 yards like 430 ft. And if he used a scoped hunting rifle. Shot from a prone position hitting a Target about the size of a quarter, does NOT require special training. as a matter of fact he should be shooting groups about the size of a nickel or dime after sighted in. within a half a dozen trips to the range and 100 rounds/ five boxes of ammo. should be plenty of time to familiarize himself with THAT WEAPON YOU CAN GET AT WALMART !
A simple hunting rifle can make that shot all day every day. I know that for a fact because I can make that shot with my 308. and its not even the best gun for that distance. Take into consideration that they could have been aiming for between his eyes and the shot drop, meaning an amateur got lucky.
