But after a certain amount of years they could be set free and their children will not become sleaves. Unlike unlike the African slave trade, they were considered personal property. Even. Actually. Factually. The children were sent to the Americas including Canada as well in the 1700s ..as laborers and were sent by parents and also kidnapped. .. Slavery has been a part of Our Americas for hundreds of years.

This post is dumb af.... Although I have read plenty of books that explain white privilege, I don't need to read a history book to understand. I simply need to look at my black mother who is only 68 years old, and listen to the stories that she would tell me about growing up in Texas and just wanting to go to the bathroom but couldn't because there were no bathrooms for blacks. Or how little white girls would follow her and my aunts home from school just to pick on them for being black. You're going to really tell me growing up under those conditions didn't affect her education? That wasn't 400 years ago. That was one person ago.
