our phones front facing camera constantly scans our faces and helps the input data for facial recognition software. there's a reason the only thing that gets cheaper every year is televisions.

Your TV and your phone are spying on you and have been for years. It's even in the agreement when you hook up your new TV and / or phone. So you have to sign off on them spying on you or take the device back and get a refund.

yep I just told my wife the other day that this happened to us. so I know everybody saw it happen on their phone by now cuz I've had it happen a million times where you say something just talking out loud to someone and then an ad or some type of video or message pops up about what you were talking about. but yeah on my Roku Smart TV the other day I I was talking about something just in the area of the TV and about 5 minutes later when I went to get on it there was a new ad on the main screen about what we just spoke about 5 minutes before.
