Not going to be as steel as you think ! The Earth has iron natural that breaks down from rocks! With cheap pot metals and aluminum cans and trash floats they rub the coating off and take a little bit of aluminum with it! You can imagine how much trash in the bottom of the ocean just tin foil in the sun for a while turns to dust ! All those steel ships at the bottom rusting away to a brownish orange stain pile!
