The income tax is NOT unconstitutional. Sorry, there is nothing that debates the government of your elected official to levy a tax.
Less than half of the American population pays income tax. The people that pay in $4000 but get back $12,000 for a return plus ebt food card Free health insurance, section 8 housing and so on are not a tax payer. So the majority, roughly 52% take more out then they pay in. They buy their silence.

it is true income tax is a voluntary tax but here's the kicker if you don't pay income tax you can be arrested wage garnishment liens put on your property and your property will be sold for the taxes all for not paying a tax that you are not lawfully required to pay let that sink in
