I definitely believe the parties are controlled by the top. But this guy seems to have had a hyper fixation with conspiracy theories in the 90s and never learned any new info. This might upset some people, but I'm not gonna trust that John Doe living in a cardboard box knows all the organizations/people that are responsible.
