A polar shift could cause this. That's the only thing I can think of that would generate that much force. Maybe a big meteor hitting earth could cause this. However I believe that's how the Gulf of Mexico or America was formed.

It's sand. It blows in the wind. Those kind of ripples have been observed across many desserts. I'm very suspicious, especially since he's the only guy talking about it. This guy should probably pack another bowl and relax.
