This guy is off base. Read the creation story in Genesis 1:1 - 2:3. God created the weekly cycle. God created the 7th day (Saturday) and rested "Sabbathed" on that day. Sabbath means rest. God rested on the Sabbath. God named the 7th day as Sabbath. God also blessed the 7th day and made it holy. God didn't do that for any other day. Only the 7th day is blessed and made holy. God asks us to keep it holy. It is the only commandment that starts with "Remember". But so many churches and preachers tell us to forget and keep another day. The 1st day (Sunday) is not holy. Only a Holy God can make something holy. It is better to obey God than man. God tells us in Psalms 89:34 that He will not break His Covenant nor alter the thing that He has spoken. God spoke the 10 Commandments before He wrote them on stone with His own finger!!! God didn't change the Sabbath, man did.
And that is why they have the sabbath on Saturday

But in the Bible, Yahweh’s Sabbath is about creation and covenant, not planetary worship. In fact, the Bible repeatedly condemns the worship of celestial bodies (like in 2 Kings 23:5). Some Israelites did fall into astral worship later on, but that was considered apostasy, not faithful worship. So while there are later layers of syncretism and reinterpretation, the original Sabbath and worship of Yahweh are distinct from Saturn worship.
