Well of course they do. What's your point? Look Elon is not secretly stealing taxpayers money or information neither is Trump. The Federal government employees is bloated, 1/3 GDP goes the salaries. The data bases are out dated, they integrated from agency to agency. Why is reducing wasteful spending such a problem by auditing the whole system. I support Elon's idea's to developing a new system that is integrated from agency to agency with stricter accountability and protection from wasteful spending. Safeguards must be implemented to protect from controlling by any one individual, It has to become the governments server, turned over to established candidates to operate. Americans have to operate on a budget. It's time the congress has to do the same.
I hope so because it is a slush fund for the state they took money from my check after I got behind and my ex-wife only got part of the money but even when I got caught back up they would not let me pay her directly so ain't that funny because she never got the full payment the state kept it

Letting employees go without considering the agency’s mission, organization structure, and not following reduction in force (RIF) process, could result in future problems. Restructuring or even closing agencies or programs needs to be considered prior to actions being taken. Department heads, managers, and supervisors need to be held accountable and honest . Technology should have reduced staff, but in many cases staff increased, why?
