it's called Englewood Chicago! make sure you wear your favorite blue or red to the occasion.
This is what the best skyline views look like thanks to gentrification. People used to live there. People. The "Projects" project goals accomplished...the buildings torn down and the people sent off for the next stage of the project. Now other people have a beautiful view of other buildings and a big open space to workout.
