we should have free mandatory paternity test before we exit the hospital with our newborns. this also could prevent us from walking out with the wrong baby as well. after my c section my baby was rushed away later i was given a baby that looked nothing like the baby i birthed🤔

They have it now if the person can show proof he will not be obligated to pay, especially when she knows it’s not his son. I just saw some court cases and my boyfriend buddy went through this and she’s still paying the money back. They are still garnishing her checks. Things have really changed.
