respectfully n I could be wrong ,but the lady wit the gun,was n the wrong the other lady was being held back after she broke tha window was immediately pushed away n no longer a threat to the driver but had the woman would have broken the window on the drivers side then yes I would take that as a threat ,but she was being pushed back by the gentleman away from the driver after she broke the passenger window the lady with the gun may possibly do time.
