fun fact... this process in development is known by the term "future land use". you can start at your local chamber of commerce, and work your way through your local governments planning and zoning department to locate maps for areas that are slated to see growth like this in the foreseeable future. this is a good way to make dependable real estate investments.

I like the first picture.There was no crime all over the place.That wouldn't so many murders I could right now in Charlotte, North Carolina, I'll take the old one any day versus what's going on right now.People don't care Hospitality over people don't help one another anymore because they can't trust the person that's coming from somewhere else anything that's going on now, yeah, beautifulnow and no respect for the people, the neighbor next door. I'll take the first one just to get along , and we're Neighborly waving to each other
