Finally, a recipe I 🖤🤍! I love Oreo cookies! But, I agree that soaking them would render a more tender cookie. 🥰👍🏼
Thete is another version of this recipe. The othdr one said soak the oreos in milk first then pour on the topping.

The recipe doesn't look bad, but I think I would take part of the batter and put it on the bottom. Then, put the cookie in and pour the rest of the batter on top. Because it looks kind of dry at the bottom. Where the cookies are? That's how I would do it.🤔
