The vent on your gas tank
Back the pump nozzle out an inch or so, that usually helps ventilation.
Evaporative vent issues with fuel tank or canister. Dirt sometimes too.

there is a carb built into the filler neck that can become clogged with soot and debris causing vapor lock
My 2004 avalanche does the same thing don’t matter how I put nozzle in. It still doesn’t vent.
