Everytime your wheel rotates and the brakes pass the bad spot on the rotor it makes that noise

My Toyota had done this and it was the heat shield touching the caliper and I also had a wheel bearing going out
Few, if anyone, can give you an answer without examining the brakes.
does it have rotors all the way around, or does it have drums in the back? if I has drums, I'd say their out of adjustment or needs new drums and pads
