Just put lug nuts back on loose and drive it around parking lot for a min. It will break free. Glad I could help.

if it was me. I'd let the jack down most likely the weight or the vehicle would brake it loose. if it didnt. I'd let the weight down on a block. only catching one side of the tire. creating horizontal force. then give a good whack

if you applied any real amount of force with that setup the truck would have been pulled sideways and right off that jack. Put the lugs on and leave them 1/16" loose. Drive it around the block slowly but brake hard and then try.

put the luggage nuts back on, but leave them loose, very loose. poor vinegar on the hub. Go get a beer. drive in right hand circles slamming on the brakes. if you need to, poor a little more vinegar, it will come off. forget the winch.

put a couple of lugs back on not tighted down put bit agenstvthe curb and turn the wheel it'll come loose quick the jacknitvup and ya done .

That canle 3 sixteenth aircraft cable. it will break if he really pulled it with that SUV. He didn't pull very hard.
6x6 post about 4 foot long. Use like a battering ram, alternating top and bottom of tire. No rim withstands it.
