Young Brotha hang in there, I was 18 when I went to prison . Don’t know your circumstances but I’ve seen some of the hardest gangsters break down for one reason or another. Do your time as best as you can, educate yourself and put that shit behind you as soon as you get paroled. Staying free can be done, I’ve been out for 30 years and it can be done !! Stay Strong

I went to county jail when I was 17 they held me there for about 20 hours I didn't know it was going to be 20 hours, so the other inmates told me that I had to take a shower, long story short a couple of the other guys told me that once I did that they were going to screw me. that was enough to keep me out of trouble never to get another situation like that.

If you are really in prison, don't be quick to make friends or buddy up with anyone including the guards. Stay to yourself, observe others from a distance, and learn from their mistakes. Never stop believing in yourself and in your future. Use your time to get smart about life so that you never make a mistake like that again.
it's easy to get into trouble these days and its so hard to get out. State...Federal...and County prisons ARE NO JOKING MATTER. This young man said it ain't worth it...walk, skip, run do whatever it takes to avoid drama.

My baby son is in prison and he turned 18 in there nd ask to go to state prison and he’s been in there 11 years already I miss him so much yes stay strong young man that’s what I tell my baby
yeah I was just thinking the same thing they have to actually go through it for you to get it and I'm pretty sure someone told him about jail way before he got there like I was told did the same thing thank God that I only stayed 17 days but that's was enough for me to learn said to myself don't plain on ever coming back her again you truly become property of the state and the state loves making money of of us so I really hope this young man gets it and have a great life and continue to pass the message because for some reason they won't listen to the adults that been that rout already.

I just love how all the kids today go out and commit crimes then start crying for mama the minute the cuffs go on and theyre in the back of a squad car, or as soon as those big heavy cell doors slam shut behind them and they realize o shit, this just got real. I was in and out of prison for a good chunk of my early teens and adult years, never once did I shed a tear for myself cuz back in the day we used to think as cliche as the saying goes " dont do the crime if you cant handle the time" and its one of the truest sayings out there.And that doesnt just stand for lawbreaking, that goes for everything in life. If you cant handle the reactions dont perform the actions, simple, honest, and to the point.
