You really should. That is the careing worker's have to work so hard, and that the reason they don't pay anything. The company 's are hiring people off the street to be a PCA and don't know what they are doing. us real CNAs had to go to school and pay thousands of dollars. Healthcare has gone to the dogs 😭

as you should lil mama. this is why they are being mistreated because no one is speaking up on what's really going on at the work place. being ratchet is right. the mistreatment of people is right. not respecting your elders and the sickly is right. not respecting your parents to us correct. All the reason this type of behavior is happening is because your generation says wrong is right and right is wrong. it's been there in your face everywhere you go the whole time. its just this hit you hard because,what if it was one of your elders in your family that you love. you know now exactly how they will be treated 🥺
