Eastern lubber grasshoppers secrete a foul-smelling and poisonous liquid, usually created from eating the plants it eats. so no. it does not spread from bite but eating the foam it spits(Which nobody will do... There is a difference between poisonous and venomous if it’s poisonous you will get poisoned if you consume it. If it is venomous it can’t bite/ do whatever it does to but venom in your body
