I'm just grateful I own my house and it's paid in full.... never had a mortgage..... it's not perfect and it's pretty small but it's all mine. I'm getting ready to do some improvements on it since I've been able to save money bc I don't have to worry about rent..... other ppl could do this too.... my house needs work and most houses that don't cost a fortune do..... folks just want everything to be perfect and pay out the nose for that until they can't keep us those outrageous payments for rent and mortgages..... that won't happen to me bc I'd rather deal with imperfection bc I know I'm going to do improvements as I can afford to and I will end up with a beautiful small house.

Someone did that on purpose probably because they got evicted from the apartment I’ve seen it happen when I worked at a apartment complex and had to go in and clean after the time was up for the X-tenet was gone.
