The cop notices him picking up trash and assumes that he didn't belong there. This man lives in that apartment building and he does this every day. People said to that cop that he lives here. but is black and lives in a nice area that he can afford.. is a reason for this. Why do some people think that people of color can't afford to live in certain area. 🤔
