two things. 1 the white dude to be able to prove the black guy knew it was fake. 2 the black guy can say that the watch was real and the white guy kept it and brought back a fake one trying to get his money back. if you are worried the thing aka a watch in this case might be fake then you should have met up at a place that can verify whether it's real or fake cause once we do the deal and drive away I can't prove you didn't switch my real watch with a fake watch.
