She shouldn’t go to jail because she was on her property, but she should go to jail because she’s acting like she doesn’t care about a person that she killed. She literally showing no remorse. She needs to either go to jail or go to some kind of mental hospital institution something she needs some help.
If it was at the suspects house the fight was lawfully okay because it’s defending themselves on owned/rented property so either way they don’t have a case.
I remember my cousin wanted to invite someone over who stole money from his friend so they could jump him. All I could think was he will die and you will go to prison talked them out of it. remember everything has consequences stay free

Y’all should look up the full story. They lured her there using the fiancé’s phone pretending it was him texting her to get her to come over, and then they ambushed her. She beat her, yelling things like “I’m gonna kill you” and “you ready to die?” repeatedly, while the fiancés sister filmed the whole thing and laughed. Eventually, the fiancé’s sister joined in, kicking her. They took her phone and forced her to follow them back to the apartment, but after about five minutes, they gave it back. She was eventually allowed to leave. I’m not entirely sure, but either bystanders or the hospital staff called the cops. But she died and they are both serving abt 20ish years rn (served abt 3 already set to be released in August 2042). Ts is so crazy to see when it pops up especially the raw full video.
And they are both sitting in prison on a 25yr sentence. She said “she came here” which is in fact true but not under the circumstances that she trying to play. They lured her there under the impression that she was talking to man she had been talking to. The man in question has been trying to get her out of his home for a while and they were not together in a relationship. She was bitter that he was moving in and killed the girl over it. The man was extremely distraught after hearing the news that she passed.
