it would have been different if the guy took off and hit other vehicles killing innocent people with his crazy driving. he seemed to be high how slow he was moving and reacting. He wanted to die or he wouldnt of used a deadly weapon on police especially if that was a k9 unit they will shoot the person that hits a k9
