Officier needs training on dealing with frightened children! He is drilling the kid with rapid questions and not allowing him to think and answer & his rapid pressured speech is even more anxiety provoking! OFFICIER CALM DOWN! The child is not going to attack you!
On April 25th, 2023, officers responded to reports of a reckless driver swerving down the highway with a heavily damaged car and a child in the back. Officers attempted to stop him and he fled, when officers finally stopped him and told him his car was unable to be driven safely, he became more uncooperative with the officers, once he got out officers found an open container in the car and noticed the man had either urinated on himself or thrown up in his own lap, they called the mother and she came to get her child. It’s very sad the little boy in the back seat yelled “I hate my situation” probably referring to his fathers alcoholic tendencies.
for the confused ppl, I have seen the original video on YouTube, this is a little boy. I don't know why yall are so upset and angry because you think he's a girl, they're a child, being put through true life-threatening trauma, and that is the issue.
You people should NOT be blaming the police officer- you SHOULD be blaming the PARENT for putting his child in that situation!!
Poor little kid. I have zero compassion or respect for parents. Who put their children in traumatic situations. My children are adults when they were small I'd jump through fire, soaked in gasoline for them to be and feel safe.
And protesters whine about illegal and their children being separated when this happens to citizens and their children everyday in the US. Heartbreaking either way
sooooo, what about when they stopped a Black man with a gun to carry in his car which he announced on front his BLACK 5 year old child in the back seat asked to show his papers and was GUNNED down anyone wondering how is she ?? ..he was a cafeteria worker at a school. but we're supposed to be in a frantic behind petty BS like this 😳
My heart for this kid. Can u hug him? I have 2 boys of my own I will never nor my husband would ever put our boys in this kind of situation

Support for the family to deal with their loved ines alcoholism is needed. With support and counseling this child can live a good life whether a family member is drinking or not. 🤔
My heart goes out to this young boy. NOONE should experience this kind of upset and trauma at such a tender age.

Police arevery sensitive to this child. The dad should lose any custody rights over this. He is recklessly disobeying the law and hurting his child. The traffic stop is legal and right. The dad is lawless and doesn’t care.

So, so sad! I can certainly sympathize with this poor little boy. My dad was an alcoholic who would take my sister and me along for shopping. My mom was a stay at home mom. Never learned to drive. ( These are memories from 60 years ago) Many times, my dad would stop in his "favorite bar" and leave my sister and me waiting outside in the car. Sometimes, it was a quick 5 minute wait, or it could be an hour. A few times, one or both of us would have to grab the steering wheel to make sure we were going in a straight line. We always made it home safe. Unfortunately, this happened on many weekends. My memories of my dad are filled with these sad events. Both my sister and I were around 10 and 11 years of age.... Hope for this little boy won't have this burden to carry.

The child is as scared as he is because of his father's actions. His dad got pulled over for reckless driving, attempted to elude the police, had an open container with alcohol what's definitely means he's been drinking with his son the car while he is driving erratically while also driving at high speeds. watched his dad get pulled out of the vehicle and thrown to the ground for safety concerns. dad's actions cost everything.If his dad hadn't done what he did, Then this situation would never have occurred. & you're concerned about the way the police officer was questioning him?

Most officers are able to handle these types of parent-child events not only because of training, but because they are also parents and have empathy and sympathy for all children. 🙏💔✝️🇺🇸👮♂️👮♀️

I feel so sad for this child I had a alcoholic mom and dad I grew up in bars and can't t ell you how many times my grand parent came to get me in police station when the left me both forgot me I guess. I'm 73 or old still rembered thinking it's a wonder something realy bad didn't happen to me. .had a praying grandmother that took me in when I started school.
