It doesn’t matter how he knows Capt. Miller. Once I took a photo with the city of Richmond Police Chief at a company event. The chief gave me his card. Later my son was driving me home from church not speeding and an officer pulled him over for no reason. I was laying back in the seat and he didn’t see me initially. My son asked why he was being stopped and the officer was starting to raise his voice so I set up and asked him the same question. I told him he profiled my son because he wasn’t speeding and the officer didn’t say why we were stopped. I will admit that I name dropped the chiefs name and pulled the photo up on my phone. Lol. Needless to say, we were released to go quickly. SMH
