Is it at all possible that these cops really don't know the amendments and the rights and freedoms granted to every american citizen??? Doesn't this just come down to very poor training?And then if the police officers who don't know the constitution, the amendments who are so willing to violate your rights are out there.Doing this, they're not qualified at all.So I would say every time you get pulled over or are harassed or ever get a charge, take it to trial.. Take every single charge to trial.. Do not negotiate will overwhelm the system
