I'm almost positive. The cop that was on top of the car. And a shot went to prison for this. They said he could have stepped out the way and let the car go and they were caught him another day. But instead he jumps on the hood and start shooting so I don't know if he killed the people in the car or what, but I'm 99%. Sure that the cop on the hood went to prison.

There’s are reason why cops have 9 mm. Because they can’t shoot for shit. The idea of one round, one kill is out the door. I actually saw a cop in Texas empty a full clip on a dude and the only thing he hit was an old lady shopping at a HEB. She died, cost the S.Texas city 120 million and change. My Father was a cop, carried a 38 SW. he only fired it twice in 25 yrs. Both were kill shots. Times have changed.
