Story: This happened in Rock Island, Illinois, a few years ago. The boy got hold of a gun and accidentally shot himself. The mother put the boy in her garbage can. She was not charged with murder. She was charged with abuse of a corpse. She got 3-5 years (Don't quote me on the sentence. However, the rest is accurate).
